Inside my cupboard door I have a list of five or six meals my family loves, I usually have all the ingredients on hand and can be made in a 1/2 hour or less. I must enforce that it’s important for a housewife to stay busy because an idle mind does not stay or get sharp. To be honest, yes there are days where I’m lazy and don’t get anything done but keep the child alive and have food on the table.

Contributing to a job or career with a skill that you excel in is an important role in the fabric of society. My advice would be to take care of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally. Set aside time for relaxation, hobbies, and activities that bring you joy. Stay informed about home management techniques, cooking skills, and other relevant topics to improve your efficiency and effectiveness as a housewife.
This includes not only traditional American meals but also some international cuisines. Whether you are cooking for one or feeding a large family, having cooking skills is a key asset. Cooking can be a fun and rewarding experience, or it can be a chore.
